– Η Ταυτότητα Κτιρίου είναι ένας ηλεκτρονικός φάκελος που εφαρμόζεται από την 1/2/2021 και που σκοπό έχει τη θέσπιση ειδικής διαδικασίας ελέγχου των κτιρίων μετά την ολοκλήρωσή τους η οποία μέσω της αποτύπωσης της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης θα επιτρέπει την παρακολούθηση των μεταβολών τους, τον έλεγχο της ασφάλειας και της συντήρησής τους, καθώς και την αποτροπή εκτέλεσης πολεοδομικών παραβάσεων
– Η Ηλεκτρονική Ταυτότητα Κτιρίου (ΗΤΚ) είναι επίσης το τελευταίο βήμα της οριστικής τακτοποίησης των αυθαίρετων κτισμάτων τα οποία έχουν ενταχθεί στους σχετικούς νόμους. Μόνο με την απόκτησή της η τακτοποίηση θα θεωρείται ολοκληρωμένη. Αντίγραφο του φακέλου φυλάσσεται σε ειδικό χώρο εντός του κτιρίου με ευθύνη του ιδιοκτήτη
